The post-race celebration at "Il Piazzone" is revolutionized with a brand-new Sunday menu.
For the 2026 edition, GeoGravel Tuscany – Le Strade Grigie is daring to innovate, transforming the classic pasta party into an "event within the event": the Burger Party.
On Sunday, after tackling the challenges of the geothermal steam vents and lunar landscapes, participants—and beyond!—will find a menu specifically designed to recharge their batteries with quality and flavor.
Burger Party: what to expect
Much more than just a sandwich, this is the reward for every kilometer covered. The post-race package includes:

GeoBurger: The star of the show. A 200g Chianina beef burger grilled over an open flame, served with a choice of "geothermal sauces" for a taste like you've never experienced before.
