Participants are reminded that the track is completely open to traffic and, above all, is often used by walkers/hikers and other sportspeople such as runners and bikers. Each participant must start with equipment that guarantees him/her complete autonomy. For participants of the Ultra route, front and rear lights are mandatory during the night.

The participant must pay extra attention to all potential hazards that may be present along the route such as: bars, bollards, slippery bridges, low branches, potholes, surfacing roots and anything else that is not easily identifiable and/or explicitly signposted.

Inside the GeoMusette, participants will find a voucher to use at two places along the route that will serve as refreshments.

The voucher entitles you to a sandwich and beer or alternatively a cappuccino (or coffee) and brioche.

  • for the SHORT and MEDIUM routes the refreshments will be at the bar ‘Il Bersagliere’ in Serrazzano (via Castello 286, 56044, Serrazzano - PI), which participants will find respectively at km 27 and 59.
  • For the LONG and ULTRA routes, refreshments will be at the ‘Vapori di Birra’ brewery in Sasso Pisano (località Lagoni del Sasso, 56041, Sasso Pisano - PI), which participants will find at km 84 and 225 respectively.

The two places will also serve as checkpoints where the event passport can be stamped.
The venues will respect their usual opening/closing times.

Participants of the Ultra route will also find a refreshment & assistance point approximately 60 km after the start, which will also serve as a checkpoint.
